RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
According to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, if you purchased a defective product in the Store, you can return it within fourteen calendar days, after informing by email: info@aukselis.com or phone +370 64557273.
According to point 10.1.7.12 of the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on July 22, 2014, No. 738: pearls, gemstones, precious metals, and their products, except for artificial jewelry, are non-returnable goods, except in cases where the Seller agrees to accept or exchange the goods. This resolution applies in all "Aukselis" brand stores.
To exchange or return a product that meets quality requirements but is unsatisfactory/unsuitable, purchased in the online store www.aukselis.com, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, a written request must be submitted by email to info@aukselis.com. The request must state the reason for the return and the Buyer's name, surname, and bank account number for the refund.
The Buyer can return the product and get a refund only in these cases:
• the product was not damaged or its appearance did not change significantly;
• the product was not worn and its consumable properties are preserved;
• all the intact and uncut internal and external labels, protective films, etc., that were on the product at the time of purchase are present. If the removal of labels was necessary to inspect the product, the Seller has the right not to accept products without labels if they can prove that it incurs additional costs (costs of producing new labels, confirmation expenses) or such label removal cannot be restored, the product loses originality.
If there are defects in the product or its packaging or signs of wear, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned product from the Buyer and not to refund the Buyer for the product.
The Seller reserves the right to check the products returned by consumers, which were purchased at www.aukselis.com, at the Lithuanian Assay Office to ensure that the product is returned as it was sent. Only after receiving the analysis results does the Seller provide the Buyer with an electronic response regarding the return of the product. The inspection by the Lithuanian Assay Office may take up to 14 working days.
If the Seller agrees to accept the product, the Buyer must deliver it in the original packaging with the label belonging to the returned product, the gemstone certificate (if the product contains gemstones), and an intact seal, along with the Buyer's written request.The Buyer can deliver the products personally or by registered mail, courier to the "Aukselis" brand store at the address: Tilžės g. 107-10, LT-77164 Šiauliai.
Until the moment the returned product reaches the "Aukselis" brand store, it is the property and responsibility of the Buyer, so when returning the product, the Buyer must ensure that it is properly packaged and will not be damaged during shipping. Do not forget to save the registered mail number of the shipment.
Upon receiving the shipment, the money is refunded to the Buyer within 14 calendar days to the account specified in the written request.
All expenses (postage, customs, etc.) related to the shipping of the returned product are paid by the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept returned jewelry with signs of mechanical damage if they occurred due to the Buyer's fault.The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in the manner provided in these Rules. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without important reasons, the Buyer must cover the return costs of the goods upon the Seller's request. The Buyer also undertakes to reimburse the costs required by the courier when the Buyer does not accept the goods at the time agreed with the courier.
For additional security, do not write "jewelry" or words that could reveal the content or value of the shipment on the returned goods shipment.
GIFT VOUCHERS in paper or electronic form are not exchangeable for money.
All questions or disputes regarding the return or exchange of products are resolved through negotiations. If negotiations fail, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority is contacted.
